  • Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll develop and deliver our business strategy in line with our financial targets, wider vision, and goals

What you'll do:


You'll be delivering outstanding controls, colleague, customer, and commercial results, and inspiring, leading, and mentoring local teams to deliver excellent service at every interaction.

You'll lead by example on risk awareness and management, making sure that our core values and responsibilities are firmly embedded in every decision we make.


On a day-to-day basis, you'll be:

  • Helping to deliver the local banking strategy, making use of the latest leadership and training methodologies
  • Developing strong relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deploying an effective strategy to deliver the financial goals of your local market

The skills you'll need:


To succeed in this role, you'll need experience of managing and building effective teams, attracting and retaining talent, and taking an active role in developing and coaching at all levels.


You'll also bring:

  • A critical thinking mindset with evidence of making sound decisions and recommendations that are carefully balanced against risk
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to react to changing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work influentially with a wide range of stakeholders
