Job Description:


  • Actively contribute to initiatives to improve processes to drive operational excellence
  • Operational Support to the business including, but not limited to regulatory and legislative projects requiring a more senior level of technical ability and provide support to the Senior Manager / Associate Director and more junior staff within the team
  • Liaise closely with Team Members, ensuring Company Secretarial support in execution of specific client transactions are identified and followed up
  • Foster a client service mentality culture at all levels within the team by representing personally the cultural values of the business and adapting to change impacts in a productive manner, thereby fostering a positive attitude within the team
  • Assist the Manager of a Company Secretarial Team who have overall responsibility for the provision of support in execution of specific client transaction
  • Responsible for the take on of new business for the PW and F&I client services teams and ensuring that new business is processed smoothly and efficiently
  • Assist where appropriate any CSD's / Fiduciaries with a programme of regular client and advisor visits and attend if required
  • Ensure that risk management processes are embedded in the culture, operations and systems used by all staff, driving and exemplifying adherence to agreed policies, procedures and applicable regulation
  • Assist with any staff training required so that they are fully conversant with the Company's policies and procedures. Actively identify training gaps and address them in a timely manner.
  • Provide, appropriate to level, technical support to Client Administration Teams in connection with their client structures and the execution of complex client transactions.

Qualifications:


  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development
  • Knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey
  • Minimum of 5 years' Fiduciary experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a Team
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Able work under pressure and within tight deadlines to meet the Team's, Service line's and clients' expectations
