As Programme Coordinator you will support with the planning of The King's official programme.

You will provide full programme and administrative support, with specific responsibility for the arrangement and administration of His Majesty's UK and overseas engagements, including joint engagements by The King and The Queen Consort.


Liaising with a wide range of internal and external contacts, you will plan and prepare detailed programmes, briefs and supporting documentation for engagements.

You will also undertake recces ahead of visits in the UK and overseas.

For each engagement you will organise all travel arrangements to ensure the efficient delivery of programmes.


You will also assist with general enquiries and correspondence, as well as supporting with the efficient coordination of Government duty; expanding your skills within a truly unique environment.


About you


With relevant experience in a similar role, you will be an excellent administrator with good IT skills, and a real eye for detail.

Highly efficient and organised, you can prioritise a varied and busy workload, often managing multiple engagements in a day.

With excellent drafting and verbal communication, you will be confident liaising with a wide range of individuals and organisations.

With a proactive, flexible and adaptable approach, you are able to work independently, showing initiative in fast moving situations.

As a strong team player, you will enjoy working within a small and dedicated team.
