ARCA is partnered with a rapidly scaling, world class motion simulation business seeking to expand its research and development engineering teams.


We are looking to speak with experienced and enthusiastic Technicians who will be helping to deliver mechanical sub assembles and full machine assemblies to a high standard.

Having a good eye for detail and an appreciation of quality control will be crucialaspects of the position.

There are three brand new positions available.


This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high technology business which are working some of the biggest F1 and motorsport companies.


Essential Skills & experience:


  • Demonstrable experience as a Technician
  • Good eye for detail and take pride in high quality workmanship
  • Experience working in a highly productive assembly environment
  • Excellent understanding of tooling and assembly processes
  • Experience working in a tight team environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Occasional travel to customer sites
