Description

We are currently working with an innovative and socially conscious international Pharmaceutical company who are looking for a Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join their team.

You will be:

Developing, implementing and managing rewards and benefits policies and procedures
Coordinating annual salary and bonus reviews.
Managing employee plans including pension, medical and life insurance.

You will have experience with:

UK rewards and benefits.
Global rewards and benefits.
Benchmarking.
Managing relationships with reward and benefit providers
Experience with Hay, strong IT skills, Microsoft suite.

Salary:
£60k

Location:
Offices in London and the Midlands

Hybrid: 2 days a week
