What will the role look like?
The post holder will be based within Forward Leeds, the Integrated Drug and Alcohol service in Leeds.

The Young Person's team deliver drug and alcohol related interventions for young people (up to 21 years, or 24 years, depending on vulnerability) across Leeds.

The team works on a predominantly outreach basis, delivering one-one sessions in a variety of community settings, including school and home visits.

This post will focus on the under 18's cohort.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for someone passionate about helping young people who have been affected by drug and alcohol related issues.
