Marston Green - Sales Administrator:
- £22-25k**
Main Duties:+ Assist with planning and preparing exhibition budget sheets
- Maintain key travel documents e.g. Visa, Flights, Accommodation etc.
- Type up monthly sales reports and take minutes in meetings
- Liaise with agents and customers (UK & Overseas)
- Assist and support the Area Sales Managers & C.O.O with various admin tasks
Required Skills/Experience:
- Previous office experience in a similar type of role
- Able to multi task and prioritise own work load
- Need to have a professional telephone manner
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
