Title:
Administrator - Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £22k-£25k Per Annum
Duties:
- Liaise with internal departments and stores to supply online listing copy and image requests
- Create customer brochures including full ingredient listing, usage guidelines and sizes
- Create new line forms on saleable and collateral items for all retailers and brands
- Liaise with brand owners/warehouse to obtain product information including ingredients and product dimensions
- Import/update new line form information into Net Suite
- Send details to BDM (warehouse) including HS codes and customs descriptions
- Create and send Boots maintenance forms
- Monitor incoming stock on new lines and request/check information from BDM to ensure retailers have accurate information
- Request information from brands and complete forms relating to packaging and waste regulations
- Work with the Operations team to improve NLF system processes and system enhancements
- Manage and organise each brand's image library, ensuring images are accurately named and resized
- First point of contact for retailers requesting product information
- Liaise with internal departments to request, collate, and send to the retailer
- At all times, respect and follow the employment laws relating to staffing, Health & Safety in the workplace and the company's duty of care to their employees
- Carry out adhoc tasks as required
Experience Required:
- Must be able to drive with own transport due to location
- Strong customer service experience
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- IT literature good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
