Job Introduction:


Actively promote value for money, and right first time approach especially when dealing directly with external stakeholders and internal departments.


Main Responsibility:

You will be responsible for supporting schedulers/planners with daily duties, obtaining utility drawings for programmed & reactive work, supporting senior management team, work closely with other departments and client, enforce right first time & value for money approach


Providing administrative support to the operations team, this includes tasks such as obtaining utility drawings, supporting planning team with scheduling & permitting, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and creating reports.


Assisting with implementing new processes and systems, help ensure that new processes and systems are implemented smoothly and that any issues are identified and addressed quickly.


Coordinating with other departments, work closely with other departments to ensure that the organization's processes and systems are integrated and running efficiently.

Continuously monitoring and improving processes look to foster innovation and ways of working.


Maintain / develop good relations with all stakeholders including clients, managers, supervisors & operatives, ensure all company procedures are understood and adhered to, effective time management between duties and undertake all appropriate duties as assigned by your line manager.

Have working knowledge of health and safety & construction design management 2015.

Strong ICT skills especially office 365 & systems use.

Experience in highways desirable but not essential.

Desirable GCSE Maths / English or equivalent - Minimum Grade C

Suitable administration experience and/or training course attendance

NVQ in Business Administration desirable but not essential.
