Marketing Manager - Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom - AF Selection
Description
After undertaking a strategic review of their marketing over the last 6months, this design and manufacturer of domestic appliances is looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team.
The role is flexible in terms of work from home, with a minimum requirementof 1 day in the office currently.
The role:
We often say that it's an exciting time to join a company in our adverts, but genuinely, this is a perfect time to be joining this long-established brand as they embark upon a revised marketing strategy.
Job number one will be the project management of a brand new website from scratch - planning hasn't been started yet, so you really will have the opportunity to put your stamp and expertise on the site.
Additionally, you'll plan, develop and manage a rangeof campaigns, promotions and product launches, many of which will be offline, and you'll be heavily involved with delivering a range of events and shows.
You'll be encouraged to think creatively, actively bringing the brand to life across promotional and non-promotionalcustomer and consumer-facing collateral and content.
You'll also be writing briefs for PR and creative agencies, as well as writing copy which can be tailored to specific audiences and media.
What we're looking for:
Ideally, we're looking for a Marketing Manager with previous team-leadership experience with a background across on and offline marketing - this isn't going to be the role for someone who wants a heavily digital based role (at least not in the short term). You'll be creative, and highly organised with a really pragmatic attitude and you'll want to encourage the junior members of your team to really reach their full potential.
What's on Offer?
Salary is c£40,000 and as mentioned, there's a great deal of flexibility towards working from home, currently people are required to be in the office on a Wednesday, but you can go in more if you'd like to.
Geographically, this company is based on the Nottinghamshire/Leicestershireborders and is very rural so you must have your own transport to get to them.
All the usual benefits, plus an on-site gym and a subsidised canteen are of offerMore jobs from AF Selection
