We are currently recruiting for friendly and confident Temporary Head Office Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Services department in our Market road, London Head Office on a full-time basis for a fixed-term of 3 months (ASAP start to May 2023).

As a Temporary Head Office Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable client service, supporting the day to day operations of the Head Office Customer Service Team and act as an ambassador of our brand.

As a Temporary Head Office Customer Service Advisor you will:

Have previous experience working within a Customer Service or Sales Assistant role for a premium/luxury brand
Be highly organised and able to prioritise customer queries and issues during busy periods
Be proactive, show initiative and suggest ideas to improve the current service offering
Possess strong written and verbal communications skills and confident telephone manners
Have previous experience working with the Zendesk and Business Central (desirable)
