As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Strata Creative Communications, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent to support our ongoing growth and maintain our focus on cultivating a vibrant, innovative, and dynamic workplace culture.

You will collaborate closely with department heads, hiring managers, and HR professionals to identify and hire individuals who share our commitment to excellence, creativity, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Manage the fullcycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and making job offers.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and profiles that align with Strata's culture and values.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster strong relationships with department heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and objectives.

Strategic Talent Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay informed and make recommendations for improvement.

Culture and Development Focus:

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Strata's workplace culture, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development and growth, ensuring that employees have access to the resources they need to succeed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the events industry or similar fastpaced environments.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for talent development, cultural fit, and employee engagement.
  • A track record of identifying and attracting top talent to a growing organization.
