£20,000 per year basic with uncapped bonus structure (estimated £70,000+ potential)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hair Transplant Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising and guiding clients through the hair transplant process, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with prospective clients to assess their hair restoration needs and goals.
• Educate clients about available procedures, anticipated outcomes, and posttreatment care.
• Collaborate closely with the medical team to coordinate patient treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of client consultations and treatment plans.
• Travel to other locations on a weekly basis to support our branch operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales targets through effective consultation and relationshipbuilding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consulting within the healthcare or cosmetic industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of hair transplant procedures and related industry trends (training can be provided).
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and work independently.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
