We are on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner with a solid background in Finance to lead and nurture our thriving Finance & Business Transformation division.

The role:


Although we have a warm client base, we are looking for someone who is confident to manage and expand stakeholder relationships to build on the success of the Finance & Business Transformation division, working to deadlines and predominantly fulfilling newbriefs from our clients of executive level roles of £50k+.

The way we do things is important, and we believe we add true value to our clients through our consultative approach and robust competency interview process.

Weare not a CV finding service, and it's important that anyone joining our team understands the value of our current processes.


You will have the support of a dedicated Resourcer to allow you to focus on what you do best, building credible relationships with senior decision makers and delivering results through high levels of success with your clients.

You should be comfortable identifyingand maximising new business opportunities through marketing activity, networking, and industry events.

About you


We are a small team (of 12) that work well together to share resource, ideas and business opportunities, you should be a natural at networking and forging credible long-standing relationships, be influential, tenacious and committed to delivering a premiumservice.
