Night Care Worker / Night Care Assistant


Bailey Care Services are currently recruiting Care Workers to work
night shifts at our client's care home based in Waterlooville, Hampshire.


This is an excellent opportunity to work night shifts with a care home that provides amazing care to their residents, with a permanent job role available at the end of a qualifying period.


This care home works on a 4 week rota so you will have shifts planned 4 weeks in advance.

The Role
This Care home offers a lovely homey environment where each resident has their own private room.

The home benefits from a large communal lounge for the residents.


You will provide person centred support in all aspects of the residents day to day lives, following care plans to enable each individual to be as independent as possible.


We ask for a hardworking and motivated individual and be able to hit the ground running and to be able to adapt to each service user's preference.

Starting pay rate of £9.50 per hour, with a view for this role to turn permanent after qualifying period.


Working hours are , on a 7 day rota, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, and the potential to increase up to 48 hours per week.


You will only be working at a single place of work.
