    Senior Ruby Developer Job Description

    We seek a talented Senior Ruby Developer to join our Engineering team. You'll contribute to building our innovative learning platform.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Architect and deliver game-changing product advancements within focused project teams.
    • Maintain high-quality codebases through test automation and refactoring.
    • Resolve critical bugs, incidents, and participate in our well-remunerated on-call scheme.
    • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
    • Coach and mentor junior engineers.

    Your Background:

    • Significant experience in crafting complex web applications or similar software.
    • A willingness to work with diverse programming languages and technology stacks.
    • A solid grasp of web technologies like HTML, CSS, HTTP, and more.
    • Experience working with relational databases.
