What you'll be doing:
- Supporting a multinational team in delivery of the critical aspects of the Dreadnought programme
- Liaising with internal stakeholders/customers (including international) on documentation requirements, taking personal responsibility where required.
- Handling documents inline with Business Security and Classification requirements, including in accordance with the Polaris Sales Agreement
- Processing varied documents received from multiple sources in line with department standards.
- Review documentation for impactful changes to the team
- Storage and provision of technical documentation (both physical and digital), keeping filing systems uptodate while having an understanding of relevant document management systems ensuring quality standards are met.
- Coordinate reviews of Processes and Documentation as required by the Business
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of configuration control/document management
- Usage of Teamcenter or similar PLM advantageous
- Great attention to detail in terms of review and adaptation of documents
- Good organisational and tenacious mindset
- Background in multistakeholder engagement, confident in approaching issues

The Technical Coordinators team:
Within this role you will get the opportunity to work within an exciting and dynamic environment alongside an exciting and dynamic environment alongside an international team of Engineers, dealing with a variety of stakeholders from MOD to the US Government and US Contractors, while being involved in critical work at the heart of the Dreadnought Programme.
