Job Title:
Technical Sales Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical quotations to meet client requirements
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Monitor and track sales activity, including sales targets and performance metrics
- Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fareham, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
