Job Title:
Technical Sales Administrator


Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical quotations to meet client requirements
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Monitor and track sales activity, including sales targets and performance metrics
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Onsite parking is provided but is likely you will have your own transport or live very close to Whiteley, Park Gate, Segensworth


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fareham, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
