Main duties for this job are Emptying/ Cleaning of bins regularly, Lifebouy and signage cleaning, Sweeping stone areas, steps and historic features, Litter picking whole site, Cleaning of the lights in the flooring around the site, Graffiti and chewing gum removal as needed, Removing bird mess, dog mess, sick as required ( Tools and PPE available to use for these tasks) Must be physically fit due to amount of walking needed.

Need to have the ability to work proactively and use own initiative where needed. Need a thorough and keen eye to detail. Excellent customer service skills as will be liasing with the residents of the estate and visitors. Also need to be able to work work well within a team or on your own. Full training will be given. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN OUTDOORS VACANCY SO MUST BE HAPPY WORKING OUTDOORS IN ALL WEATHERS

Up to £10.65 per hour
