About Our Client:
The client is a leading independent retailer who operate on a global basis, partnering with a number of well known brands.
The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:
- Providing support to managers on Employee Relations issues
- Being involved in TUPE related matters
- Supporting with the investigation of all disciplinary matters
- Ensuring compliance with employment law
- Updating policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant:
The successful HR Advisor should have:
- Some exposure to Employee Relations casework
- Experience working in a multisite organisation
- Knowledge of TUPE processes
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload
