A new position has become available in Simply Conveyancing for a suitably experienced Accounts Assistant to join the finance department based in Daventry.
About the role
- Carry out client ledger postings
- Deal with administration tasks
- Ensure daily tasks are met
- Support Legal Cashiers
- Work well within a team.
- Communicate, build relationships, with legal teams and third parties in a professional and knowledgeable manner;
- Provide excellent customer service
About you
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude
- Understands process driven working methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of working in a busy accounts department, processing invoices and dealing with general accounting work up to monthend.
