A new position has become available in Simply Conveyancing for a suitably experienced Accounts Assistant to join the finance department based in Daventry.


About the role

  • Carry out client ledger postings
  • Deal with administration tasks
  • Ensure daily tasks are met
  • Support Legal Cashiers
  • Work well within a team.
  • Communicate, build relationships, with legal teams and third parties in a professional and knowledgeable manner;
  • Provide excellent customer service

About you

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional attitude
  • Understands process driven working methods
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of working in a busy accounts department, processing invoices and dealing with general accounting work up to monthend.

Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
