Full-time - 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Head Office at Bakewell / Derby Cathedral School & other schools within the trust
Reports to:
DDAT Trustees
DDAT and DDAT 2 are Multi Academy Trusts that oversee and support 30 schools across Derbyshire and Derby City.
Established in 2014 by the Diocese of Derby, DDAT is committed to providing high quality education for all children in their academies based on clearly established Christian values and principles.
- A successful history of organisational development in a leadership role within the Education Sector.
- Familiarity with managing good business practices business planning, compliance, risk management, quality assurance and governance.
- Have experience of effectively managing a complex and varied workload.
- An understanding of good governance and the ability to work successfully with a Board of Trustees.
- The ability to support, challenge, and work in coproduction with senior colleagues and executive teams whilst displaying empathy and purpose.
- A highly effective and resilient leader, with a passion for developing others.
- A proven ability to embrace a marketing role as the face of DDAT.
- The ability to hold high expectations and can successfully impact on the Trust's mission to provide high quality education for all children based on clearly established Christian values and principles.
