Our Employer Services team are looking to inspire people and we are looking for a Machine Maintenance Assessor / Trainer to be responsible for giving our students the best experience whilst at the College and preparing them for their career.


We work with apprentices and commercial students, to deliver flexible, high-quality training and assessments in the college and within the workplace.


You will work with a caseload of maintenance mechanical Apprentices, to deliver flexible, high-quality training and assessments within the workplace.

You will be responsible for all areas of the apprenticeship programme liaising with classroom colleagues, coaching, and preparing our apprentices for the End Point Assessment as part of the new Standard.


You will champion success of your apprentices by overseeing their learning plans and providing feedback on their performance providing clear feedback to support them to achieve their goals.


We encourage applicants must be able to demonstrate the necessary industrial experience and are looking for a new challenge through assessment and we will support the completion of relevant qualifications in order for you to thrive in your role.

You will be working in a great team supported by the Apprenticeship Manager and Head of Centre.
