We are recruiting a Veterinary Nurse Assistant for our Veterinary clinic in Canning Town, London, Barking Road, London E16 4HQ
.

For this role you will need experience in working closely with animals in a clinical setting and be happy being busy in a job which supports the team of Veterinary Nurses in a charity setting.

Examples of responsibilities will be refilling supplies, autoclaving, cleaning instruments, preparing materials required by the Vets and Nurses and holding animals during procedures.

You will also do the laundry, feed and clean animals that are in recovery.

You need to be comfortable working on your own and once you know the job, be happy to work without constant direction.

Very high standards of cleaning are expected as is the ability and willingness to comply with rules concerning hygiene and disease control.

Ideally, you will need to have a proven track record working in similar environment for this role.
