My client is a leading Main building contractor who has an excellent reputation within the market place in the North West.

Delivering large multi-million-pound schemes across the region.


Due to winning a number of large projects they are looking for a Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join their teams.

The Project Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background with proven experiencein running projects from inception through to completion.

The Project Manager's role will be one of a few schemes in the mix. Some large industrial new builds more than £30 million plus. Or some large-scale heritage complex refurbishments.

You will be responsible for the project's running to time scales and budgets. Ensuring all deadlines and scope of works are completing to programme.

Their projects scope range from 20million up to 85million, so you will ideally have delivered schemes within this size.

The Senior Project Manager they are looking for will have experience in delivering new build schemes delivering from groundworks phasesof a new project.


My client invests in their employees and is looking for those who wish to make a lasting impression with their project delivery.

They are looking for experienced Project Managers who are looking for longevity in a position.
