Uniting People is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team

What we're looking for:


A self-starter who is highly organized, has the ability to multi-task, and is committed to achieving success in their career.

A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow are essential requirements for this position.


Responsibilities:

  • To follow specific major account process procedures
  • Raise customer orders.
  • Answer all calls presented to them
  • To offer help and support to all internal and external customers
  • Strive to exceed customer's expectations by providing excellent service
  • Ensure that orders are accurate.
  • To carry out other duties when required.
  • To develop the relationship with the Major account and work on continued growth of the account.
  • To deliver fast and effective communication to the account and customers to keep them up to date with latest offers and courses.

Pay:
From £22,000.00 per year
