No experience is required as such but someone that is driven, determined and resilient is essential.Character profile for the Sales Negotiator:
- Full UK drivers licence is required
- A clear desire to build a long term career
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone who is ambitious & focussed
- Great telephone manner & well presented
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team
Duties of the Sales Negotiator:
- Conducting and arranging viewings
- Negotiate all aspects of sales while understanding clients' needs.
- Progressing sales once agreed to exchange of contracts.
- Dealing with all enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering the phone & generating business/activity
- Providing feedback to clients, booking valuations & registering applicants
