This a great opportunity to join an established, independent estate agency in one of their successful offices in SW London.

No experience is required as such but someone that is driven, determined and resilient is essential.

Character profile for the Sales Negotiator:

  • Full UK drivers licence is required
  • A clear desire to build a long term career
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Someone who is ambitious & focussed
  • Great telephone manner & well presented
  • Able to work well independently as well as in a team

Duties of the Sales Negotiator:

  • Conducting and arranging viewings
  • Negotiate all aspects of sales while understanding clients' needs.
  • Progressing sales once agreed to exchange of contracts.
  • Dealing with all enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering the phone & generating business/activity
  • Providing feedback to clients, booking valuations & registering applicants
