Faithfull Tools - Digital Content Coordinator
Faithfull Tools are one of the U.K. and Ireland's leading brands of hand tools and accessories to both the Trade and Retail markets.

The Faithfull Tools brand has been trading in the UK and Ireland for the past 30 years and has a reputation for quality products at competitive prices.

We are now seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to strengthen our marketing team with a view of improving our online brand content and overall brand perception on multiple platforms.

Core responsibilities

  • Reporting to and assisting the Marketing Manager on all marketing initiatives
  • Content creation for multiple platforms (copy writing, image and video creation)
  • Support of our online platforms and digital content for customers
  • Online analytics, reports and tracking the success of online content
  • Supporting business growth by raising our brands profile online across all digital channels
  • Driving consumer engagement and demand for our brand via content creation

Experience

  • 12 years experience within a professional Design or Marketing team
  • Experience in video production and editing
  • Experienced in content creation (Photography and image editing skills)
  • Copy writing experience (Editorials, product text, online posts, product tag creation etc.)
  • Understanding and use of social media accounts and back office systems for content updates
  • A proven ability to communicate to varying target audiences by tailoring content accordingly
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment and delivering to deadlines

Essential Programs:


  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Adobe Suite: Photoshop


Experience in further Microsoft and Adobe programs including In Design, After Effects and Premiere Pro would be advantageous but not essential.

This role will be based at our Norwich office.
