Role / Team Overview

The job is to sell New Build property to applicants for the London Sales team. Ying Wah is a market leader for attracting Hong Kong investors for New Build sales in the UK.

Hamptons is an estate agent that has a UK network of more than 93 branches and an international affiliate partner network of over 7,000 offices, who are formally partnered with Ying Wah under the Hamptons YW brand.

Hamptons YW have unrivalled access to leading New Homes projects across Central and Greater London. You would be joining a new and exciting venture with an opportunity to grow alongside the business.


Main Responsibilities:
Sales support

  • Prepare return on investment calculation by using templates
  • Prepare property proposals and view itineraries
  • Update marketing materials as required; Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists and displays.
  • Arrange sales trips and appointment schedules
  • Support sales events and exhibition
  • Maintain records on a daily basis, chasing applicants and archiving where necessary. Ensure client and directors receive feedback on reasons for not purchasing.
  • Close liaison with the directors, reporting problems without delay, following reporting procedure as per briefing note and problem solving where required.
After-sales transaction support

  • Ensure close communication with purchasers after exchange of contracts and completion.
  • Support Property Consultants to ensure all purchasers experience a smooth completion process.
  • Conduct handovers on behalf of the purchasers or accompany purchasers at legal completion.
  • Assist owneroccupiers on their movein
  • Provide assistance to owneroccupiers with setting up utilities, internet and council tax
  • Liaise with developers' customer service team to deal with all snagging and repair issues.
Office administration

  • Ensure all deliveries and mails are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Support Sales Directors on reports and sales meeting minutes
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) speaker
  • Experience working with sales team is preferred
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience using Chinese social media sites, especially WeChat
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
  • A cando attitude in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a keen interest of being a team player

Package:

  • Basic Salary start from £25,000
  • Lucrative uncapped commission
  • Year one earnings circa £35,000£70,000
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Probationary Period

Additional pay:

  • Commission
  • Developer / seller Bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 18:00
