Elite Cramlington is looking for a Studio Training Coordinator who is passionate, energetic and focused individual, who is passionate about helping Transform people's lives and be the best version of themselves.

The Studio Training Coordinator be must be able to push themselves, their teams and clients alike, to the maximum, to deliver the best customer service and customer support.

While fully utilising the training environment.

Using a structured approach to problem solving, strong leadership of team members, client situations and driven by a desire to go above and beyond.

The Successful Studio Training Coordinator will accept accountability and ownership of their individual performance and studio performance.

You must strive to deliver and ultimate client experience - standards are high. Every session must be the highlight of the clients day.

You will aim to go above and beyond for every customer and deliver a buzz in all sessions with exceptional customer service and support that sets us apart from our competition.

You will need to deliver the kinds of results and sessions that people can only dream of. You must be a Group Fitness Super Star

You must be a confident, positive, people person and a passionate individual who can listen as well as support clients.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Be a Studio Super Star and Lead by example on the studio floor, making sure every session is a performance of the highest standards
To create an inclusive fitness family community, in which clients want to be a part of
Dealing with enquiries to Improve and grow client membership base
Driving increased profitability by delivering exceptional customer service and results
Driving studio promotion and marketing of the elite: business across all channels
Keeping statistical and financial records
Training and management of studio training staff.
Maintaining, encouraging and further developing an exceptional studio culture.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Ensuring all administrative tasks are undertaken and completed.
Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards in studio.
Management of Studio HR matters.
Dealing with client related issues
To continuously develop personal knowledge of competition & all matters relating to our industry.
To lead by example in terms of personal behavior, dress, hygiene, attendance, and time keeping
To promote our brand professionally to attract staff and clients
To help make elite: Together an employer of choice.
To be a business ambassador for the elite brand
