We are looking for a
reliable person with a
mature mindset to join our hardworking team at the Olympus Restaurant.

We are committed to providing high-quality food to our customers and our staff are paramount to that.

You will be working alongside our Kitchen Supervisor and team of Kitchen Assistants so must have the ability to
work as a team and
take pride in your work.

The following tasks _
will_
be carried out as part of this role:

Setting up workstations and equipment/ingredients ready for use
Washing & drying plates/silverware/glassware/etc
Keeping the kitchen clean & tidy
Complete a food hygiene & safety course (if qualification is not yet held)
Following food hygiene & safety regulations
Cleaning equipment before and after use
Keeping workstations clean & tidy
General cleaning duties

The following tasks _
may_
be carried out as part of this role:

Preparation of some menu items (from burgers to desserts)
Assist takeaway staff with plating up during busy periods
Rotate stock and use date dot stickers to ensure the freshness of our ingredients
Able to take instructions and follow them.
Has a positive attitude to working as part of a team
Works on own initiative
Takes pride in their work
Responsible
Produces food that is of a highquality
Follows food hygiene & safety regulations
Punctual, reliable, honest and trustworthy
Takes constructive criticism to enhance their work
Has a positive attitude to work and learning
