We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Freight Sales Coordinator selling air/ocean import and export services.

Working for a Freight Forwarder based in Feltham, main duties will be as follows -

  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities
  • Manage day to day client meetings
  • Updating client notes in Salesforce and provide weekly activity reports.
  • Processing new leads provided by LON Operations Team.
  • Extensive client liaison and negotiation.
  • Extensive supplier liaison and negotiation.
  • Internal liaison with the operations team assisting with quotations and service information.
  • Issuing and implementing customer specific SOP's for origin and destination offices
  • Managing the jobs from quotation stage to booking.
  • Maximising the gross profit by negotiating with the supplier base.
  • Proactively contacting the existing clients to maximise business potential.
