Description
A small FinTech with investment who are looking to grow during 2024.

Based in central London they offer a hybrid working environment with 2-3 days per week in the office.


Key Duties Include:


  • Update regulatory content
  • Manage new content updates to enhance clients' experience and improve stickiness, loyalty and sales
  • Draft content updates as per clients' requests
  • Maintain a record of all updates
  • Conduct additional work on template editor, including enhancing products like KYC, due diligence, Elearning, regulated firm, risk management, GDPR etc.
  • Support adhoc template edits as directed by the product owner
  • Write monthly compliancerelated communication based on the UK regulatory updates to promote the company, and connecting the content to marketing

Requirements:


  • Relevant experience as a product owner
  • Knowledge and understanding of the UK regulatory environment
  • Collaborative worker, who enjoys working with different internal teams
