Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for resources associated with the New Connections of the clean water network across specific network areas for our client.
You will provide operational leadership - ensuring that the work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to our client's expectations.
Satisfaction of customers is measured through a new regulatory measure called C-MeX.
You will work closely with the client to influence a dramatic improvement in the C-MeX measure and show leadership skills to genuinely care about the ratings customers give of Network Plus's metering services.
You will work with the scheduling team to ensure the work is delivered on time according to the schedule. You will be expected to communicate with customers who are impacted by our work, as and when required.Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to:
- Have operational supervisory responsibility for teams, and their daily activities
- Organise labour in the most costeffective way, including recruitment, disciplinary action, wages and absence management
- Manage all other resources e.g. materials and plant
- Ensure accurate information is captured of works undertaken, including photographs and meter asset details
- Regularly visit teams at local site level reviewing progress and performance and ensuring standards are adhered to
- Carry out team briefings with teams on a monthly basis; coaching and developing repair and maintenance teams to reach their potential
- Complete Team Inspections ensuring a high level of Compliance with a real focus on quality and right firsttime operational delivery
- Be a Health & Safety Representative; undertaking health & safety inspections in and around the workplace, raising health and safety related matters with management and investigating reportable accidents or incidents as and when they occur
Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant Qualifications in relation to the work being carried out i.e. NRWSA at supervisory level
- Health & Safety qualification an advantage
- Experience of working in Utilities
- Supervisor Street works qualification
- Deep Excavation knowledge and experience
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good management skills
- Financial and commercial awareness
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
