What is the role?

As an Asset Lead you will ensure that support is given to enable Subsea7 owned Mobile equipment is managed in accordance to the company equipment assurance policy.

Working closely with the Equipment & Workshop manager & the Mobile Asset Equipment manager, you will assist shaping and modernising the departments ways of working through digital processes.

What will your responsibilities involve?

Review workloads of the team, assign tasks and monitor progress, whilst providing support in the execution of these, ensuring all team members are clear on their role and objectives and provided training and guidance where required.
Understand the equipment booking, tracking and billing process ensuring the process fits the owners and users requirements.
Advise Equipment owner of any equipment shortfalls/discrepancies, advise on availability, options and make recommendations to rectify.
Support and develop the local function through clearly understood roles, responsibilities, and performance objectives.
Specialist responsibility for the following processes SAP (EPMS) system, Approval for Disposal (AFD), Motion Kinetic database & Rigging and Certification Request system.
Create monthly EPMS maintenance report for all sites, to identify sites with overdue maintenance.

What are we looking for?

You will have relevant previous experience in offshore operations and equipment maintenance.
You should have knowledge on maintenance systems i.e. SAP, SAP ETM & TM Master.
You will have a proven ability to understand company processes and provide guidance to team members
You should have the ability to manage and motivate a team to work to the best of their ability.
