To assist in the monthly financial cycle by providing accurate and timely information.

The capacity to provide office support to the Finance team as well as the flexibility to be flexible in the work are essential.

We're seeking for someone that is ambitiousand has outstanding organising skills. Must have excellent computer skills, including Ms Excel and other computer-related skills.

We are searching for someone with accounting and finance skills as well as a professional mentality to work under pressure.

We're trying to automate and streamline our financial procedures, and you'll be a big part of that.
Key Responsibilities;

Assisting the team with the monthend process delivery. Use of the company's current ERP system
Kingfisher.
Kingfisher/Accounts package administration and closing ledgers
Margin and overhead variance analysis and reporting on a regular basis
Participation in stock reporting and accuracy.
Maintaining and reconciling balance and general ledger accounts
Complete and reconcile quarterly VAT returns to the nominal ledger.
Debtors and creditors, as well as working capital management.
Board pack reporting including production print KPI's
Assisting with the preparation and contact with auditors for the yearend statutory accounts.
Assist with the development and submission of national statistical returns.
Ad hoc projects.

Person Specification;

Fully qualified accountant with relevant experience, preferably in a similar sized business.
Proactive approach with good problemsolving skills.
Methodical with an eye for detail.
Good communication skills.
