Proactive Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Operations Consultant to join the operations team in the Motherwell Office

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to start their career within Recruitment.

This involves

Lead generation.
Filling temporary positions as they arise.
You will be expected to answer the phones, conduct prescreening telephone interviews, face to face interviews and set up temporary workers for jobs.
Be on Rota for out of hours service.

Requirements:

The ability to multitask, work to deadlines and prioritise.
You must be able to adapt to changing workloads, working within the recruitment industry is fastpaced and no day is the same so you can expect adhoc tasks to come your way.
A good understanding of social media platforms.
Drivers License and access to a vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to visit clients premises and attend various networking events in the central belt.

Your core working hours will be 8am to 430pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is required.

Salary
:
£ £25000 depending on experience
