Hutchinsons are looking for an Administrator to join our team, supporting both the marketing and training teams with the booking of meeting space, accommodation and associated requirements.

You will also support the marketing team with larger events, general administration and continuing the improvement of data in our newly established CRM system.

Role responsibilities include

  • Sourcing and booking hotels
  • Booking meeting rooms for meetings of various sizes and requirements
  • Restaurant bookings
  • Working with the marketing team to collate delegate requirements for larger events
  • Catering arrangements for events
  • Events support
  • Marketing administration support
  • Supporting the training team with the booking of venues
  • Maintain up to date records of delegate event attendance
  • Data cleansing on the CRM system, ensuring customer information is up to date and accurate


This is a hands on busy role that will suit someone who is highly organised with great attention to detail who enjoys working as part of a team.
