Finance Team Leader

Client Details
You will be working for a large organisation within the property and maintenance industry. A company that has recently acquired another organisation and business is busy.
With an excellent reputation, they have key goals to develop high performing teams andhelp individuals succeed.


The position is deal for someone who is an experienced Team Leader or Manager and has the ability to train mentor and guide the team to working best practice.

They are open to seeing a variety of finance backgrounds, including Accounts Receivable, AccountsPayable and will happily train you on other areas of accounting.


Description

Finance Team Leader:

  • Responsible for managing and training a finance processing team
  • Meeting with key clients whilst being responsible for building relationships and coordinating the smooth running of projects between the sites, operations and the finance team
  • Ensure all contracts have the correct billing information and projects have been signed off
  • Look at new processes and implement changes
  • Assisting with debt management
  • Closing the sales ledger down at month end and produce reports for senior managements
  • Raising framework POs and calculating figures

Profile
To be successful as the Finance Team Leader you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in finance
  • Proven ability of managing and resolving complex queries
  • Trained, mentored and coached other staff members (finance or non finance)
  • Competent user of Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, formulas)
