**IT Support Technician
Permanent
Bromsgrove - Hybrid 2/3 days onsite
28k - 35k Depending on experience**
Key responsibilities:
  • Point of contact for first line contact issues
  • Log work requests on ticketing system
  • Keep users updated with tickets
  • Escalate issues to senior management
  • Liaise with 3rd party ensure all systems & software are operating up to the standards


  • End user management

  • AD & Azure AD
  • Installing/upgrading software on client machines

Experience:


  • Window 10
  • Window server (desired)
  • Active Directory


  • Office 36

  • Microsoft Azure
  • Device Management
  • Understand security principles
  • Financial Service experienced (desired)

  • Strong customer focused approach
