**IT Support TechnicianPermanent
Bromsgrove - Hybrid 2/3 days onsite
28k - 35k Depending on experience**
Key responsibilities:
- Point of contact for first line contact issues
- Log work requests on ticketing system
- Keep users updated with tickets
- Escalate issues to senior management
- Liaise with 3rd party ensure all systems & software are operating up to the standards
- End user management
- AD & Azure AD
- Installing/upgrading software on client machines
Experience:
- Window 10
- Window server (desired)
- Active Directory
- Office 36
- Microsoft Azure
- Device Management
- Understand security principles
- Financial Service experienced (desired)
Skills:
- Strong customer focused approach
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication
- Work under pressure
- Attention to details
