The role

This is a permanent position based out of our London office.

Working alongside the Chief Innovation Officer, this role will involve a wide variety of duties; including but not limited to:

Developing and running high value innovation initiatives and projects
Developing new products and services
Expanding innovation resources and capabilities to deliver sustainable competitive advantage
Creating a pipeline of investment and revenue to be able to expand innovation opportunities
Being part of the development of innovation as a platform service for Mtech Access colleagues and clients

Requirements:

Essential_
A postgraduate qualification that demonstrates continual learning
The ability to demonstrate critical and strategic thinking
Evidence of valuebased impact in a leadership role
Confidence to work at board level
To understand the difference between a senior consultant role and a project management role
Cando teambased attitude
Leadership and team management track record
Creative with an outcomes focus

_Desirable_

Business qualification such as an MBA
Postgraduate qualification that shows curiosity such as a PhD
