What You'll Be Doing:


  • Leading the Concept Art team on multiple projects.
  • Creating concept pieces to guide project direction.
  • Collaborating with the Art Director to ensure artistic coherence.
  • Generating and refining ideas while upholding the Art Director's vision.
  • Ensuring quality and consistency within the concept team.
  • Rapid concept generation and iteration across project briefs.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in various artistic styles.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in composition, lighting, and color theory.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Proactive and confident approach to work.
  • Broad cultural awareness beyond gaming.
  • Strong illustrative capabilities across different concept disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience shipping at least 2 AAA titles.
  • Skills in 3D modeling and rendering.
  • Background in film, TV, or publishing.
