Technical Support Specialist

Location Bracknell (occasional travel and some home working)

Your role
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Your role will require the ability to interact with multiple support teams, offering support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and assistance implementing new secure solutions.


Your experience
- _Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting Laptop and desktop devices_
- _Experience in a service desk environment supporting Microsoft 365_
- _Providing network support to at least a 2nd line level._
- _A good understanding of networking fundamentals._
- _Ability to investigate and troubleshoot IT related issues._


Key Performance Indicators

  • Feedback from customers, colleagues and team managers.
  • Technical Assessments.
  • Evidence of sharing and reuse of knowledge.
  • Correct management of processes followed to deliver the service.
  • Percentage of customer problems resolved within required timescales.
  • Meeting service level requirements.
