Description

The General Manager of this well run hotel located in Harrogate is seeking a Head Chef who can put their own mark on the kitchen ideally with 4* Hotel experience.

The hotel offers dining in the restaurant, the bar and also has functions rooms which are popularat the weekend and used for conferences during the week.

The hotel prides itself on fresh food so experience of using fresh produce is essential. You will be leading a brigade of 7 Chefs so good leadership skills are also required. Completing all necessarypaperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also part of this role.
