About This Role:


This is an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join the team at in the Turner Diagnostic Centre (TDC) at Colchester General Hospital.


The role will be based at Colchester in the Turner Diagnostic Centre (TDC) which is based in the grounds of the Colchester General Hospital, a busy NHS site.

We also support the scanner at the Clacton CDH based at the Clacton & District Hospital.


This is a busy site, closely linked to the NHS, processing and booking 80+ appointments a day for 4 MRI scanners.

The hours will be 40 hours per week working Monday-Sunday - rota'd between the hours of 7am and 8:30pm


Required Skills and Experience:


To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills.

A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential with a good attention to detail.

And have a commitment to all admin duties related to the patient pathway in line with standard guidelines.

To be successful in this role they must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills and the ability to understand and comply with radiation protection protocols.

Excellent patient care skills are essential.

You will need to be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and under pressure, meeting deadlines and turn
- around times.
