Your opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR Team and support our Talent Acquisition efforts.
You will:
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback
- Work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Janus Henderson as an employer of choice
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
- Carry out other duties as assigned

- Experience using SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking system
