Working with our best-in-class Talent Acquisition ecosystem, we use data to focus on building and accelerating talent pipelines across all divisions, at all levels.


Through this transformation we have been able to grow and develop our talent and as a result we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead.

This is an amazing opportunity to play a pivotal and strategic role in creating the talent attraction strategy for the United Kingdom and France.


Besides directing, coaching and developing your direct reports you will be also responsible for managing the Recruitment Process Outsourcing service.

We work in a close partnership with them and you will be steering the two teams to win as One team.


You will be a member of the Europe Global Talent Acquisition Management team as well as part of the local United Kingdom Human Resources Management team.

In this role you will report directly to the Director Global Talent Acquisition Europe and have a dotted line to the country Human Resources directors.

This role is based in the UK.


Responsibilities:


  • Direct the team of four Talent Acquisition Advisors and one Early Talent recruiter and strengthen the collaboration with the Recruitment Process Outsourcing team and deliver on or exceed stated Key Performance Indicator's.
  • Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs, gain commitment and execute against talent strategies to deliver value. Educate the business on hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data.
  • Develop and implement the Country Talent Acquisition strategy and partner with the Global Talent Acquisition leads to identify and deploy regional Employer Branding, Social Media and Diversity strategies.
  • Monitor and analyzes trends in the business, economy, and employment marketplace to identify issues and opportunities in order to enhance staffing strategies and leverage brand.
  • Build strong relationships with Business, Human Resources Centre of Expertise, Human Resources Business Partner's and Recruitment Process Outsourcing team.
  • Represent Talent Acquisition in the local Human Resources leadership team and towards senior management. We expect the Talent Acquisition Lead to bring Global Talent Acquisition updates to the country leadership team and the Human Resources Leadership Team and to implement local policies and agreements into our offering.
  • Drive diversity initiatives with Human Resources Business Partners, business and Recruitment Process Outsourcing team achieve tangible outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience or qualifications)
  • Several years of experience in Recruitment Marketing strategies, understanding targeted sponsored campaign approaches including analytics and having excellent knowledge of a digital media channel strategies.
  • People management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to consult and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Have an innovative and experimenting mindset to ensure we stay ahead of the competition, offering the best hiring practices and solutions to win the war for talent.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and excellent project management capabilities and a mindset of optimization.
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in written communication.
