We are looking for 2 x CBT therapists to carry a caseload of people who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

We will not consider working from home/remote working

You will be working in a friendly, supportive MDT with engaged service users with whom you will likely be exploring issues related to trauma, identity and self-esteem.

We are excited to advertise for 2 CBT Therapists to join our fantastic team at EIT.

It is a very exciting to join community mental health services as we are entering community transformation, and a new way of working to support people referred to our service as we move away from CPA.

Our team have a great staff-driven wellbeing programme. Community transformation in GMMH will incorporate increased therapy training provision and potentially new and exciting opportunities. You will work as part of a multi
- disciplinary team and will have access to appropriate clinical supervision.

Working under close supervision and support of the team manager and the clinical lead, you will work with a small caseload of people to deliver the psychological aspects of the NICE recommended treatments for psychosis.

You will work closely with care co-ordinators/keyworkers to ensure consistency of care that is tailored to each person.

You will have access to regular training and CPD opportunities and your personal development goals will be discussed and explored in monthly line management supervision.

Pay Enhancements - 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
