Job Description:


At Frasers Group the Procurement Administrator will liaise with buyers, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure products are set up correctly and purchased within a suitable timescale from approved suppliers, along with identifying cost savings at any opportunity and record.

This role will manage supplier relationships and utilise for the best delivery and price. You will analyse different data sets and develop visualisations to represent the data obtained. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Procurement shared inbox.


This role will work closely with procurement paralegals on contracts and agreements inline with current legislation and will complete checks and due diligence on all suppliers along with onboarding new suppliers to our agreement system and offering assistance.

This includes ensuring contractors are Prosure360 registered and up to date.


Qualifications:


  • Procurement: 2 years (Preferred Not Essential)
  • Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred Not Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel and BI.
  • Proactive approach to workloads
  • Organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with data handling
