This is a fixed term contract position until September 2024

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform day to day Warehouse operations to include but not limited to, Receipt / Issues and Stocktaking in line with business and regulatory processes and procedures.
Assist with the loading / unloading of delivery vehicles.
Perform on site deliveries as required by the business to maintain operational readiness
Analyse documentation in line with the current processes and regulations.
Support business KPI's.
Liaise with freight agents / hauliers as required.
Perform Warehouse operations in line with HMRC Import Regulations.
Assist with departmental audits.
Maintain Health and Safety standards and ensure business polices are adhered to.

Knowledge & Experience

Previous Warehouse knowledge and experience beneficial, but not essential.
Knowledge of HMRC regulations and the impact it has on current operations is advantageous, but not essential.
Be in possession of a Counter Balance / Reach Forklift licence and used within the last 2 years.
Dangerous Good Awareness (ADR / IATA / MDG).
Be IT literate with common MS Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
The ability to gain SC clearance is essential.

UK Security Clearance (SC), is essential (or willingness / ability to obtain).
